just because you've increasing your intake doesn't mean you're getting enough. there also be other things in your diet that are causing issues. things like anxiety can cause constipation too.
Yeah I know ive been trying to get it under control and it has been better lately it’s just frustrating

Seeing doctor this week I’ve been getting headaches every day and I’m kind of getting freaked out by it should I mention it to her and should I be worried

people get headaches. dehydration, stress, anxiety... lots of things you suffer from can cause them. what are you going to the doctor for?

Yeah I did sounds similar to it and I stopped taking them because my doctor to told me to because it might not being helping the headache situation but the headaches are still there that’s why I was worried about it might be a brain aneurysm because of pain every day and the position I’ve also not been able to see my therapist lately due to a busy schedule so just kind need some to talk a bit of sense into me so I don’t get too worked up again about

please (PLEASE!) don't google. even the most innocent google search can begin a new worry spiral. this seems to be the case as you're now talking about a brain aneurysm.

as busy as your schedule is, taking care of your mental health should be a top priority. without it, everything else really isn't that important.

Yeah i know always find it hard not to google something I’m trying to work on but struggling and it’s not me that’s busy it’s the therapist that is busy And I have to wait till she’s free so unfortunately I’ve been trying to keep things under control for about 3 weeks just wish I could stop the googling but it’s hard

Did you stop taking the anti-depressants all of a sudden, or gradually? What were you on? You might want to talk to your doctor about doing it slowly - I have had brain zaps before because of a medication, and while they aren’t pleasant, they don’t present like headaches. They’re more like, well, memory/sensory zaps, for lack of a better term. And they aren’t dangerous. There can be a million reasons for a headache, but stress is one of the most likely. Anxiety and stress. You need to take care of your mental health first of all, like others have said, if you’re starting to worry too much about symptoms and your body. Take care of yourself!

Ah, so you’ve experienced the fun of the zaps, too. I’m so sorry. :( If you’ve been on anti-depressants for a while, it’s usually recommended to wean off them slowly so you don’t get such a strong physical reaction/withdrawal. I’ve done it a couple of times, and I usually spread it out over 2-3 weeks. My doc will tell me to start taking it every other day, then maybe half a pill, etc. Depends on the medicine, I suppose. But it might be something you can talk to your doctor about if you’re feeling a little antsy or getting the brain zaps. I know I start to feel that way after 2-3 days off them if I try to quit cold turkey. Of course, if it’s been almost a week, the worst may already be over for you! :) Either way, take care of yourself.

Thanks I wasn’t aware of withdrawal symptoms it might have been best to do it every other day but I’ll see how I go and yeah I was on them for a really long time

I know but my doctor said not to because of side effects anyway I’m really freaking out because I think I might have a blood infection I cut myself and my dog licked it there is a Red line next to it now so I’m pretty freaked out

did your doc suggesting switching to another med? if not, maybe you could ask about it.

i think all you need to worry about is cleaning your wound and keeping a bandaid on it. blood infections aren't common - especially from something like a little cut and a dog licking it (fun fact: dogs' mouths are cleaner than humans' mouths.)

No just got told to stop taking them and I used hydrogen peroxide on it and cleaned it with antibacterial soap and put cream on did this about 20-30 min after but was still bleeding when the saliva touched the wound that’s why I’m worried
