All in the mind. You are simply worry, still, about the vaccine. Simple as that. Worried they might make you take it. Which they can't do. No idea about the place you work and their policy on the vaccine. That is something you will have to work out with them.

Care home workers do work with old people. Some can also be sick in the care homes. So more at risk. My own Niece had to get it done too. She hated vaccines. But that is also her type of work.

If they can get about 80% of the population vaccinated they will be happy with that. The rest should sort itself out.

I always seem to get a blocked nose I think I’ve had it on and off for months is this anxiety related? I always get it if a panic attack comes on?

The news isn’t getting better about passports for pubs. I feel I am existing but not living right now anybody else feel this way? But yeah as I don’t want vaccine I may also worry I could catch or have covid all the time so a no win situation?

That is life these days. You sneeze and you think ' oh no '. Same if you cough. Everything makes you think of Covid. Think it will remain that way until Covid is finally done away with. Lord only knows when that will be. Not any day soon.

It doesn’t help when we have a prime minister who wants passports for the pubs

I have been feeling really run down today. I think it’s due to the virus news about passports I know people say don’t read the news but Boris said April we will find out what happens with the vaccine passport? It’s such a worrying time

Such things don't bother me at all. They will be challenged in courts. On the grounds that they are taken away your basic rights. Then will come a legal battle. Only know more when that happens.

Any ideas why I always get a panic attack with a blocked nose? Is my immune system poor is it anxiety based?

I could only guess. Depending on how burned up you might get having an anxiety attack. More we burn up the more something like that might happen. Might have it from time to time. But not something I get with anxiety. Covid out there would not help much at all. Think everybody is fully aware of the symptoms. I would say most people had a symptom or two. In their minds. I would imagine this will continue as long as Covid is out there.

Like these symptoms often come on with the COVID passport issue the times I have not posted about it the passport was out the news but since December I have had these worries How could the passport make my nose block up? I always feel run down when it’s on the news. I don’t think the politicians care how it affects my mental health? It’s strange how it comes when passports are on the news

Maybe everything you are reading is bringing on anxiety. One leading to the other. All we have heard about since day 1 of Covid is the symptoms. People imagine they have one symptom or another. So far you have not got Covid. So keep that in mind. Lot of different stories about what will happen after the vaccines. Nothing is certain as of yet.

I was hoping the blocked nose would shift but I always think the worst about COVID and it being you get very ill. Sure I don’t have the main symptoms which means the flaw with not getting the vaccine is I may worry more about COVID. I hope COVID will drop to very low levels but will it? I am hoping it will

Who knows. The vaccine only lasts for so long. Then what? Give them another shot? Let us see what happens when lockdown is lifted for a start. When crowds begin to gather again. Then we will have to wait till next Winter to see what will happen next. Maybe nothing. Or maybe worse. Covid will always be out there. Just a case of will it become a yearly thing now. Or will they find something to make us all immune to it and kill it off for good.

Can anybody give me any advice for eating my dinner? I find it so hard to eat a meal right now without panicking about COVID. The media fear has stepped up since 2020 it’s like the virus is worse now. I am really struggling as it seems little end. They said the European wave will come here and infect people I mean how when we record lowest cases in 6 months isn’t the vaccine meant to give herd immunity? The whole covid thing has got me so scared each day I worry I will die it’s that bad. My ocd isn’t bad as the anxiety has taken over. I felt weak at work and worried I would die I worry about my own mortality daily. To explain the situation I have been trying to find a therapist over zoom there is more choice as I don’t need to travel but been unable to find someone I can click with. I can only afford monthly like last time but they want weekly and it’s too costly. The COVID situation has made me feel scared and desperate each day.

I find it hard to wind down I have not been able to get a hobby in 2020 I played sports and brought a keyboard but now I feel a slave to the news. I feel I need to check the media have me in there grasp. I feel I need information on covid passports. I feel so dejected by Boris Johnston I was previously a union supporter now I back going independent due to Johnston. How can I feel normal again?

Maybe start a new topic on your eating. As people probably avoid this thread and your words will get lost in here.

Could be a cold. Or the onset of the flu. Everything does not have to be Covid.

Does anybody think the COVID pub passports will actually come in? It’s such a worry for my mental health if it does as I don’t want weekly tests.
