I'm no professional but I think you're exactly right. That does sound like what happens to some people after they recover from the worst parts of the virus -- that fatigue can be brutal. Keep in mind that you're also fatigued from all the anxiety! Regarding your O2, mine ranges between 96 and 98 too, and this is without having had covid. So hopefully that doesn't give you too much anxiety, since it is probably OK. It does sound like a difficult road back to full health, but at least you are seeing progress. That's the key: things are going in the right direction!
Yes... Anxiety definitely is not helping and it just flares things up....but it is almost impossible to be not anxious....I even had a full body blood work done recently and everything were normal....will definitely going to be very difficult road back to where i was 3 months before....

Hey Kishore! I’m glad to see you keep going and do not give up on life! The will to live is a great tool in your favor, I feel better knowing that you are still going, however anxious and fatigued you feel! That’s so good!

My o2 does that too. I've saw it go lower sometimes but I think sometimes I breathe very slowly or shallow or somethin. Your body has fought off a formidable foe bud. It's gonna take some time. You will get b better. Your O2 tells me you have already won. You just have to recuperate now.

my fatigue is still there and i can only barely manage to do normal routines...forget about exercises..... I don't know how long this will last.... can a nasal septum deviation can cause this..just curious to know...

I was born with a pretty awful nose, including a deviated septum. When I had rhinoplasty in 2017, that was one of the things we fixed. I don't believe the deviated septum ever caused me any kind of fatigue or extra anxiety about anything -- it was just a big "imperfection," you know? My wild guess is that there's nothing actually "wrong" with you or your body. It sounds like this virus has completely gob-smacked you and it's taking a very, very, very long time to get back to where you were before. You're not the only person to have this happen, not by a long shot. It's one of the reasons I'm so scared to get it, myself... I would probably be right in your spot! But I would hope that at the very least, I'd get better like you are (even if it's slow!).

Yes...i had a flu last november and left with a lingering fatigue for almost 3 months till feb 2020...then i started of with simple exercises from scratch and at one point i believe in mid of may, i was in great shape and fatigue was almost gone....here im now again but this time it is super difficult to manage, thanks to this pandemic.... definitely going to be a very long road ahead...i just pray this does not lead to anything bad...

That's the worst thing about HA for me, too: not knowing. And hey, something could pop up later and you'll handle it just like you're handling this. But it's just as likely that nothing will ever pop up, nothing bad will ever happen because of this experience. I know it's hard but, at least for the sake of anxiety, it's better to look at that brighter path right now, especially while you recover -- and you are recovering! Never forget that! :)

Sleep deprived... quarantined...alone... heart rate constantly over 110...all hopes lost....
Covid symptoms with panic attacks are unbelievable.... I don't know how to handle...this is like 100 times my worst panic attack ever...
How are you feeling today? I'm so sorry that you are sick and alone! Keep your spirits high! When I'm sick I like to watch shows that are for little kids! Most recent is on netflix it's called Chip and Potato lol. I'm sending you lots of thoughts and prayers, you will make a full recovery. I can't even imagine the uncertainty not only your health anxiety but also this virus is putting you through. Stay strong.

He hasn't been on in awhile. I'm worried. Anybody know him? Or how to reach him?
It shows he was on Monday at 10:59am. Maybe he is ok.

If I had to guess, I would say that he is probably feeling strong and well enough not to need the community's help at this moment. A fantastic goal for anyone!

Glad to hear from you! I am really sorry to hear that you're likely a long-hauler, but you know, the good thing about long-haulers... they survive. :) They get to deal with a bunch of nonsense for an unspecified period of time, but they survive! So that's as good a place to start as any.

Guys i got drunk yesterday after a very long time....I foolishly thought a couple of drink can't cause much harm and ended up getting drunk....

It seems it has aggravated my symptoms.... extremely dehydrated, unable to sleep, nose congestion, dry mouth, fatigue and nausea....what a dumb**s i was.....having a full blown panic now...

living alone with this is hell.....Its all my mistake and im the one to blame
