Yeah, we may should refrain from some information. I know you have good intentions, but as anxiety sufferers, with ha, we should focus on lifting each other up, and easing ones fears, some things can add to our fears. But as far as kishore, he's on the upside of things I'd say. God bless you all.

Distraction kishore. Distract your self from your symptoms. Play a game on your phone, read, video games, whatever you can do that requires focus and concentration. When your energy returns you can do much more active things to help with your anxiety. Prayin for you.

Thanks for asking Joe . My fatigue hasn't been improved at all.... i worry it could become a prolonged CFS or something.....im literally not able to function even if i skip one meal/one night sleep.... I don't know how long this will last...my sense of taste and smell has improved a lot now...

This fatigue thing, I don't know if it is due to the virus or my anxiety......

I read an article today that said researchers think they have figured out why this coronavirus makes people lose their sense of taste/smell, and that there is GOOD NEWS! It is probably NOT PERMANENT! So yes, it should come back! I'd put a link to it here but if I understand correctly, that's discouraged, even for good news.

I'd say that it's especially good news for you, since if you're getting it back, you must be on the mend -- even with as difficult as it's been. And I think you're absolutely right that a lot of the illness you're feeling is from your anxiety. We underestimate how far it can drag us down, and how many physiological symptoms it can give us. Every time!!

Glad you’re feeling better Kishore! Hugs actually have psychological pros: they make you feel more confident, optimistic, and happy. So, for real, I wish I could hug you!

When I got sick with possible covid it was an entire month before I felt normal again. I had headaches and dizzy spells. I gained weight because I couldn't workout.

That's the hard part for me. Not hitting the gym. I initially lost 14 lbs of muscle over I think 7 weeks from no gym time. Now my weight is creeping up but it's not muscle. I've got to get back in the gym. For my mental health and physical. Praying for us all.

It's discouraging how fast those muscles disappear. I remember years ago working out really hard for over a year to gain 15 pounds of muscle then I separated my shoulder and it disappeared in a few months.

It disappears quicker than it appears. But once back in the gym my body responds very quickly to get back to where I was when I stopped. Muscle memory I guess. But new growth after that is much slower. But im getting older too so I guess that's why.

Yes Joe....i feel exactly the same when i stop lifting weights...it disappears in matter of days.....as long as i hit gym and sleep good my anxiety will be on bay and all seems fine...but if i couldn't do so, everything spirals again quickly, which is what happenin now

Thanks for asking guyz.....right now im having what i think could be post viral fatigue....i have never felt this much weak ever...i don't know if my body is still fighting the virus inside....I feel extremely fatigued which i could't even describe...my heart rate is on the higher side and i have noticed that my o2 levels dips to 96 when i feel fatigued....no breathing problem....but after sometime of rest it climbs back to 98... I don't know if i should be concerned of this...I feel really hopeless when i feel fatigued and my mind isn't able to concentrate on anything...I have a family to look after and i don't know how im going to get myself out from this....my work requires speaking with new people, walking almost 5 kms, i feel really terrible and dont know how to cope and go back to work...

I'm no professional but I think you're exactly right. That does sound like what happens to some people after they recover from the worst parts of the virus -- that fatigue can be brutal. Keep in mind that you're also fatigued from all the anxiety! Regarding your O2, mine ranges between 96 and 98 too, and this is without having had covid. So hopefully that doesn't give you too much anxiety, since it is probably OK. It does sound like a difficult road back to full health, but at least you are seeing progress. That's the key: things are going in the right direction!
