These symptoms that make me worried about pancreatic cancer... reflux, burning sensation, and back pain that is off and on but never lasts very long...
I’d just like to enjoy the holiday season instead of worrying about it being my last one or my last “normal” one...

Headaches always seem to scare me most, but if it's a symptom it's scared me before.

Does anyone ever clean their house and have shortness of breath ?
I sometimes feel short of breath after something as simple as picking up a gallon of milk. Sometimes I feel short of breath after walking up three or four stairs. But other times I can do those things without any issues. It's usually due more to hyperawareness than anything, which is extremely common for anxiety sufferers.

It's no fun, but it's unlikely anything that needs attention, IMO. My doc and cardiologist have never been concerned about my complaints.

The worst for me are what I assume are brain zaps. I get a sudden jolt which doesn't hurt, but it seems to tale my breath away and seems also to affect or be caused by moving my eyes? Can anyone relate? I'm so afraid I'm dying every time it happens.

A specific point on my face feels like hit mildy by a pin/ or touched by something. I don't know if it's real of my hyperaware sensations making something up. But it sends me off the roof. I have MS fear

Yup. I generally feel like my life is a movie I'm watching and I feel that time is going by so fast that the end will come faster and sooner than I want--and the damn anxiety doesn't let me enjoy the moments. I'm always thinking about the past or the future, I'm rarely in the moment.
I have them exact things you mentioned glad to know I'm not on my own
