Facts and figures given here yesterday told a much better story. 86 percent of people who were infected have fully recovered. Of those 86 percent, 63 percent didn't end up in hospital. They could stay at home and recover there. When they give out the amount of cases they are talking about since day 1. We might here some high number. But that is overall since this all began. Nearly all have recovered fully by now. Death count wise? Yesterday it was only 10. Consider we went from under 300 to about 1,400 in a space of 3 weeks. 10 is a positive number.
One hospital, for whatever reason, didn't actually report a number of cases. Baffled everybody. So those cases had to be added on to the total. Always one. They had a 400 plus cases and watched numbers been read out every evening and didn't report any of their cases to the health executive.
More just posting this to show that people do recover fully. Not everybody ends up in hospital either. 63 percent here could stay at home and recover. ICU figure are at a new low too. Had been looking at well over a hundred plus in the ICU daily. Last few days that was down to 84 people.
So there is a lot of hope still out there.
