Hi all,

I have persistent treatment-resistant social anxiety and paranoia, I might be schizotypal. I would like to connect to people with experience of intense social anxiety to share useful information, treatment experience and for social support.

If anyone would like to converse with me and potentially video conference (in English) I would greatly appreciate it. Perhaps we can support each other.

Please get in touch! :)

A vid conference is a lot to ask. Have you looked for real life support groups in your area? I did, but there really wasn't any. People with SA don't join. Imagine that.

Yes I am not surprised people don't often attend these things. I don't want to connect with local people. It doesn't have to be a video conference immediately, we could just text chat first. What do you think, interested?

10 years ago I gave my phone # do a guy from Ireland and he would drunk call me a lot saying how he was going to kill himself. It kinda put me off that. I did start e-mailing a guy from BC but he's been quiet for a couple of years. He doesn't do groups like this anymore. I don't know how much advise I could give you. I helped a girl from Holland once when I helped convince he to go to a different school. That helped her a lot. I didn't have that option when I was a teen.
