Are you guys still going to the store? Or did you stock up? I understand some may not have this option. there’s only 2 of us so we don’t need as much. I stocked up for the most part but will need to make another trip in about 2 weeks. I went to target this morning to get a few more things to make not going for a couple more weeks possible. I was so nervous the whole time. Kept my distance or tried too.

I went to the grocery store last night at midnight. I was the inky one in there besides an old lady so I felt pretty good. Im not planning on going out for another 21 days! Idk if we have enough stuff but I think it will do. We juat have to be careful how much we eat. We are a family of 7 so it's kinda hard to stock up so much right now especially since they only allow 2 gal of milk per family and stuff like that. I think we can survive without milk if we had to.

We followed guidelines to have enough non perishable food for 2 weeks. That was easy to do at Sam's club by buying some flats of canned stuff and rice. We are not going to stores. Our Instacart order took 6 days to arrive and we had to break into the cans to make it through. We now understand that the cans need to remain in case of emergency as we continue to order groceries so we don't starve between food deliveries. This is how it is in NY at least. Just make sure not to hoard food. The hoarding is why this problem is happening.

Fast food places all closed down here in Ireland. Have to shop every few days. Even the shops here have new rules for customers to follow. The whole ground is marked out with where you should stand. Strange to see. All about safety.

Where are McDonald's still open? Please stay home! Look at NY. If you don't stay home, where you live could be next. There were 13 deaths in a hospital near me yesterday. Some dying in the ER before being able to get to a hospital bed.

in a rare instance of health anxiety being beneficial, I've been following this story since it was nothing more than a blurb on the morning news and saw this coming from a mile away so i stocked up before panic had hit the US. for perishables and restocking things we've used, there's a company called insta-cart which is just like door dash except they do your grocery shopping for your for small fee ($3.99 plus tip) which is well worth it to me. i left to grab a fountain pop at McDonald's the other day but that's it. their lobby is closed so it's drive thru only. they don't touch your credit card and everyone is gloved. i wiped my beverage down before drinking it.

I'm using Instacart also. My last order took 6 days to arrive because I'm in NY.

I have a Shipt membership for grocery delivery but I chose to go myself because I know so much is out of stock. Not sure when we will see a bottle of hand sanitizer again in my area. Also all the thermometers are sold out bc apparently no one owned one before this. Ofc the batterie went dead in ours so we needed a new one ( I couldn’t find a battery in stores that would fit) i had purchase a baby grooming/health kit to get the thermometer.

I have stocked up some, but not a great deal.

The last time I went grocery shopping was yesterday.

I'll go to my local grocery store in a few days once again.

I'm still going - the stores around here started putting up plexiglass barriers between customers and the cashiers, they put up little footprints spaced six feet apart in all the checkout lanes so people know how far to distance themselves, and they're also really strict about how many people can go inside stores now.

I had to get cat litter last week- kitty won't go outside if it rains or snows. If I hear that someplace has toilet paper I'm heading out to get it. I have lots of food, probably a few months worth. I may crave milk though.
