What have you found helpful when needing to go out during the pandemic? I haven’t left my house in quite some time, i’ve become agoraphobic. I had to go out today to have my car serviced. There were three other people in the room when I went in to pay and I had a panic attack. Unfortunately, I have to go back next week as it needs some additional work done. I am thinking of canceling, but it’s the brakes! I wore a mask, but I can’t control other people. I am so terrified of catching Covid that my last four months have been hell. Thanks in advance.

i have had the same problem with covid. it has caused me to not go out and stay inside were i know that it is safe. even with the pandemic it is still to get out of the house. What i do is when i wake up i go and do my physio exercises, then go for a walk outside and find a quiet place where i can reflect on things which i highly suggest to stat getting myself to go out again. i am so sorry that you had a panic attack i know exactly how you feel. i think the best way to stop getting covid is to stay at home haha cus anxiety things. if you need to go out an do things there are things you can do like washing you hands frequently, wearing a mask and try not to be surrounded by too many people.

hope this helped have a great day :)

If you wear a mask and socially distance as much as possible you will be fine. I go to the store, work in a small shop, walk and exercise outside, and wear a mask whenever I think I may encounter someone and always when indoors in a public place. Wash your hands often as you would during flu/cold season.
