Only you have the answer to that question. Have you ever seen a doctor about anxiety issues? If so did you find out what the anxiety surrounds? Anxiety comes on for a reason. We all have triggers. Something that sets us off. We take it you are anxious in the morning. Which a lot of people can be. Some because they know they have to face another day. Sort of like saying ' not this again '. But as the day moves on they can begin to feel better. Until they wake the next morning. Same thing all over again. Need to know about your anxiety in the past. So we can try and figure out what might be going on today.
