What's your dream car?

If you could have any car regardless of price, what would it be?

I would go for a 1997 Jaguar XK8 convertible in red. Beautiful, classy, and fast car!

These older Jaguars are relatively inexpensive (other than maintenance costs), so I would seriously consider one when the right time comes :)

'57 Chevy Bel Air (convertible). The greatest attainable car ever made (my opinion).

I would go for a 58 Bel Air. My first husband had one when we married. We painted it Emerald Green. It was nice. That’s what I learned to drive standard on. 3 speed on the column. Owned standards all my life until my last car, a Rav4. Can’t buy standards anymore. I miss it in winter especially.

Nice! 1958 was the first year Chevrolet introduced the Impala, a similar trimline to your former Bel Air. Those early era Impalas are my favorite classic cars. Once I get the time, space, and money, I am going to invest in restoring an antique car someday.

60 Impala in Roman red, that would be SWEET! I would love this big American land yacht! Working on and driving fun cars is one of my greatest sources of joy :cool:888316faaaf896af091858d8f31d06f85340e589.jpg

The guy bought a Rolls Royce. When he got home and looked under the bonnet, (hood), there was a little Kia Picanto engine in there. Like people, appearances can be deceptive.

I love the color names (vintage) car manufacturers used to come up with. I think the red paint option for old Bel Airs was 'Matador Red'.. You could feel like a bada** bullfighter driving around town.
As a teenager in the 70’s, I can totally relate. Don’t forget about the glass pack mufflers. The louder, the better.

My dream car is a 78 Corvette. My husband actually bought one for my 40th birthday. Love her!! She has side pipes and sounds amazing going down the road. I love when people pull up and realize a girl is driving such an awesome car!!

A 1969 Ford Mustang Boss 429. Ever since I was young I've always loved Old American muscle cars. Sure the modern cars of today look neat, but there's a certain charm with these classics. Not to mention they're built to last.

I can't drive and got no coin
Chuckle..
The thread didn't ask us what car we could afford. The question is what car do we dream of owning.. You gotta have one (at least)??

My all time favorite car that I’d love to have someday is the 1956 Ford Thunderbird in Fiesta red. I’d enjoy this 2-seat sports coupe so much. I’d love to put my foot to the floor and drive off into the sunset. IMG_3661.jpeg
