I love music, it's one of the few things that can help me relax, and I thought it would be nice to have some sort of music specific thread. Another forum I use has a similar thread, so I decided to steal the idea and use it here. So post the most recent song you heard, and maybe it could help others to find new things they can enjoy or possibly help start conversations between people that like the same stuff.

I just listened to this song, which ironically is where I got the inspiration for my user name

I wish I could feel the way music makes feel. All of the time!
Good song, good movie.

True story, about 13-14 years back.. I got a chance to talk to Robert Patrick (T2's Terminator cop). He was shopping at a mall out in Sherman Oaks. We shared a bench for a minute & made a little small talk.

Yeah it was cool. I was sitting on a bench in the middle of the mall.. taking a break or something. And he came & sat down on the opposite end (maybe waiting on someone he was with to come out of a store, etc). We talked for a minute. This was probably a year or two after he had just finished his run on X-Files (?)

Ps- I'm still a Guns N Roses fan ~

I like your style..
I'm a long time Tool fan.. saw them at an early Lollapalooza (3) back in the 9os. They were promoting Undertow album.

Hope everybody in the forum here has a good day ~
That had to be bad ass! I've always wanted to see tool or APC live.

Music can be a great form of escape. I like to tell people I like only good music. But my main love of music is Ska music from the 60's first and then it came back again in the late 70's till the mid 80's. There is still a big Ska music scene here in Dublin, Ireland. The music is still popular and there a load of new bands out there. Which is great for people like myself who love the music and the whole ska image.

Just to keep the Ska train going.

Person singing this song in the video above sadly died last week.

To show that I like all sorts of music. Jack Johnson. Have all his albums. Sort of songs you can relax to.

I have two! My first is “Your Love” by Haerts. Super uplifting!
My second is by Roman Remains called “Killing Moon”. Someone in the comments said it made them feel numb which is a beautiful way of putting it.
They’re both from 13Reasons Why. I don’t like the show, but they have a damn good soundtrack!
