When I need to calm down or just relax I fix a hot cup of caffeine free tea in the biggest cup that I can find. Then I grab a candle and go take a hot bath with my tea and nothing but candle light in the bath room. Sometimes I put epsom salt in the tub or a bath balm. It's very relaxing, I always get out feeling much better.
