Another charity shop find. There are 10 games in total. Middle boards can flip over for more games on them. Some bloody weight in it though. Horrible to carry home.
Where on earth did you find that? I have never seen anything like it. I wonder whose mind thought that up? Have fun with it.

Few charity shops in the area. Always worth a look in. That cost 5 Euro. Have a mini version as well. 5 - 1 games. Some people simply don't want them. Leave them into the charity shops. One I picked up a while back was a Sherlock Holmes board game from the mid 70's. Came with an expansion pack of an extra 25 cases. Perfect condition. Considering how old it is. They brought out a more modern version of the game. So you don't see the older one much these days. The picture is from the 70's version.

Many years ago I remember the woman who bought a vase from a charity shop for £10. It went to auction and turned out to be masterpiece worth £2.000 . So you never know what you can pick up.

Bought a game this morning from 1954. Does say ' due to political changes some countries no longer exist '. Paid 5 Euro for it. Surprised when I looked it up to see the date of it. Can buy it cheaply online. The game was produced up until 1992. Who knows the actual year of the one I ended up with. Which is pictured below.

I've been busy!

Studying, cooking, piano practice, looking after 2 infants plus my regular work...if I can manage it all I am so much happier when I don't have too much time for overthinking...

Here was another find in a charity shop. 40 CD boxset. Meant to be relaxation. I would say not all the music on it is very relaxing. I suppose that is were the ambience side of thing comes into play. A lot of is relaxing though. Tend to have it on when I doing other things. Like now when I am writing this. Background music. Only cost me 5 Euro.

My shopping for the day. Like going back in time. Had to pay full price for these in a shop. No charity option with these. Sez Pistols. Undertones and the Clash.

Croke Park model. The home of Gaelic football in Ireland. Hard to know what angle to photograph it from.

Picked this jigsaw up and will attempt to do it some time in the future. All the edge pieces are the exact same. Might have to leave them till last. Which is an odd way of doing a jigsaw.

Just had a chance to use the new telescope for the first time. Still not dark early enough. But a very bright moon rose early and made for a good target. Blinded by the light. Will be the end of next month when it starts getting dark by 6pm that viewing gets better.

I got my stolen car back and took it to my shop to get a damage estimate. I asked a body shop and they said all body shops are booked up until January. It looks like my car is done.
