Authored by a former corporate CEO. Exposing the left wing politics that have taken hold of corporate America. And his case that it is dangerous & undemocratic, when corporate America becomes a one dimensional mouthpiece for any single political position/party. Good, informative insights.
"Exposing the left wing politics that have taken hold of corporate America." Ahahahahaha! Oh man.

Read it, before smugly dismissing it.
Thanks, but I'm familiar with the broken ideology behind it as well as the fraud that wrote it. I'm sure Tucker Carlson is a big fan though.

@He Man meet Fraser. If you have another opinion other than his opinion he, I was going to say becomes a jackass, but he is always one of those anyway.

Whether or not corporate America is in thrall to socialism isn't a matter of opinion, but I appreciate that that's difficult for you to understand.

I simply don't have a go at people and mock them just for reading a book I might not like. That is a little bit childish.

Fran Tarkenton biography, authored during his playing years (1969). Tarkenton talks about how his running style of quarterbacking was unfairly overstated. Which is interesting to me 50 years later, because the merits of mobile quarterbacking is still a debate for football fans & media. It's cool hearing Tarkenton refer to legends like Landry & Shula in contemporary terms.
Short book, that may be of interest to fans of NFL history.

I'm interested in the life of Leif Erikson.. so when I heard this book promoted on the radio, thought I'd check it out. A history of Viking expansion/conquest.. good, bad, and ugly. Just finished the first chapter.

Just finished “Such A Fun Age” by Kiley Reid. Enjoyable writing style, definitely thought-provoking.

Worry Free Living: Trading Anxiety for Peace by Joyce Meyer.

This quick read is rich with Christ-centered methods and prayers for coping with anxiety and life struggles.

Themes in the book include thanksgiving, acceptance, and the power of prayer. I like that it discusses real world struggles and thought processes that apply to my life. Definitely a good book to keep handy whenever I need a little encouragement.

Killed or be Killed. - Is a western novel. Cowboys and the likes. Picked a few of them up last week. Should fly through it. Very easy reading.

Cool little collection of illustrated Poe stories. I think the black & white comics are a perfect format & mood for Poe stories, but some of the artists aren't real impressive. It's a good intro to Edgar A Poe tho..
