Weird tingling sensations

Hi I’m new here
Post on another site for the bipolar and SAD and and GAD and obsessive tendencies that I deal with. But pleased to find this (ha) for the hypochondriasis that has worsened over about the last 1.5 years. Anything from thinking that I will just spontaneously stop breathing, to having a severe allergic reaction ( when I’ve never had one in my life and I’ve eaten the food a thousand times before). Get chest pains from the psych meds I’m on, checked w doctor, prolly just anxiety, but scares me to no end. My heart rate is regularly in the 80s and can be close to 100.
Lately been having tingling in my right foot and calf, now thigh and right hand and the odd throbbing too. Had AZ vaccine 3 weeks ago. Went to emerg on Wed aft cuz I was so freaked out (I’m a terrible Googler)
Didn’t find anything and md felt in her gut that it’s nothing (she was v thorough and v nice). Waiting on bloodwork to be done for GP and ultrasound of right leg. There’s no doubt that Covid has worsened all the mental health issues but I’m scared it’s really sthg serious this time.
Feeling kinda brain foggy too and tired overall. But it’s possible that all this anxiety is causing these.
it’s also ruining my new relationship, cuz I’m so pulled in on myself, worrying almost every minute about what’s going on.
I’m in a 12 Step program and when I remember, try to remember to pray to calm myself. But I’m also currently mad at any God if sthg is indeed happening, esp already after having to live a somewhat tough life til now. Sorry for the length of this. Looking for ppl who can relate and want to offer me positive thoughts and feedback.
thanks in advance

I have health anxiety as well. I do CBT and take meds for anxiety. It has been really rough the last week. This forum is a great place to meet others with like feelings. Somedays you just have to remember to breathe and take it a minute at a time.

I think with the whole Covid thing a lot of people who might suffer from any kind of mental illness are suffering even more. Fair to say we have seen nothing like it before. Then they bring out these vaccines. We all start to hear various things about the vaccines. That is worrying people even more. On one hand they want the vaccine to not catch Covid. On the other they are hearing about blood clots from the vaccine. Hard to win really. It will make the mind very active. Thinking the worst.

If the medication you take is giving you problems you need to have a word with your doctor. Might be time to change things up. Might be giving something new to take. Or the dose might be lowered. Just to see if it makes any difference.

Your other thoughts are all normal for a person with health anxiety. Have to try and just believe that you wont just stop breathing. Very hard to actually do that one. Normal HA thoughts though.

As for God? I think it is far easier to blame any God when things are going against us. Wondering why God is allowing this to happen to us. The stronger minded person would continue to pray. Continue to believe. Seriously just think your anxiety is very high right now. Hence you are feeling all these things you are feeling right now.

The tingly feeling on the calf - I actually get that from time to time and it radiates down to my foot. It’s always on the right side. The more I think about it, the more it happens. I usually blame HA on it, I haven’t gone to the doctor for it. And it’s been a couple of month.
