Years ago, I received treatment at a community mental health center. There, I worked with psychiatrists, therapists, and case managers. They really made a positive difference in my life.
However, one thing that struck me funny was the sign they had near the road in front of their building. It said the name of the agency, and under that it said, We Offer Hope.
Don't get me wrong, I'm glad this agency does offer hope to it's clients who are battling mental illness who receive treatment there. Mental illness is a serious and terrible illness, after all.
But at the same time, couldn't they come up with something more original and more creative than just We Offer Hope?
lol
What do you think?
