Like a crossword puzzle, trivia games, or even watching mysteries. Sometimes I try to solve the crime before the main character does. I know these things may not work for everyone but they do wonders for me. I also watch long documentaries or theme park vlogs on youtube. Sometimes I try to put myself to sleep but also, these things kinda get me to turn my brain off. I love the Biographics channel on youtube. Tons of videos about historic figures and the host has such a nice, calming voice. I think it's his accent. Anyway, try keeping yourself busy. And just know that moments like that always pass. At the end of a dark road, there's always some sunshine. It sucks to have to endure the bad to get to the good but please, know that there is some good coming.
