I'm not really sure how to describe this. I'm fine at home then once I left the house this morning, I became tired, disoriented, very very groggy even after a cup of coffee. Like I'm here but I'm not. I wasn't really anxious at first but now I'm trying to figure out what it is. My head feels heavy etc. Vision out of sorts. Just very groggy and tired. Anyone else ever wake up feeling this way?

I'd say a lot of what you're feeling is probably exacerbated by anxiety, but it's also possible you just didn't get great sleep. Yes, I know this feeling sometimes as well. Sometimes I can sleep a solid eight and a half hours, then I wake up and I feel pretty cruddy. And other times I can sleep six hours and feel better than ever. Haha. Just depends on the quality of sleep, overall anxiety levels, etc.

Would it be some form of derealization? Just sounds a lot like that to me. Once that comes on everything can seem strange. From lights, to sound to how we see things and it can drain us.

Could be medication you might be on? I take Klonopin for sleep and wake up groggy most of the time.
