Last night I had such a bad panic attack (I always have anxiety but panic attacks rarely) my whole chest and neck tightened so much and I had chills going down to my stomach. I was totally disconnected and my butt??? Like felt I had shooting pains up it. Eventually it passed but not before me crying I was dying

Today was the same thing a very very severe panic attack. I had my first therapy appointment where everything was debunked and I was told it's my ocd being the root cause of all of this because I obsess about my symptoms.

Started having the same symptoms of weird chills and tension in my neck and weird head pressure then just spiraling. Three steps forward four steps back always.

Does anyone else get that muscle tightness in the neck ??? And the chills. It actually really scared me

I know my anxiety is kicking in when my upper back muscles start getting tense and painful which leads to even more anxiety that something is wrong

I get this all the time. Muscle tightness in the neck and all of my head, chest and stomach. It is very uncomfortable, scary and easily add to my anxiety. I actually had to go to the chiropractor every couple of weeks to get my neck adjusted because of it. This is my worst symptom but I'm getting used to it.
