Well one of my phobias semi occurred. I threw a fridge on my trailer and saw a capped needle come out into my trailer I know I wasnt stuck and am trying to breathe through it. Sucks when a phobia semi happens when you don't plan on it.

I am so sorry that happened. The needle thing has gotten crazy. I am glad it was capped and you were not stuck. Just keep focusing on the positives instead of the what ifs. That helps me get through some of my anxieties.

Ever since my health anxiety started as a child I have always had a phobia of poking myself with a needle. Suppose its good I was able to overcome this incident rather quickly.

Lol it semi happened again...I got a call to clean out some items of someone who had o.d'd. I had been there before and made sure to ask if any needles would be lying around, this was about a year ago and the mother said she had gotten them all. Well I go in today with it on the top of my mind as Im getting things, and low and behold I'm taking drawers out of a dresser and tucked away is a needle. My dad who works with me just took it and placed it somewhere...I handled it ok but I think a lot of times what can be just as bad is having a phobia that you feel more then likely won't come true come to some sort of fruition...granted I didn't stick myself but just seeing it when I was more then likely thinking I wouldn't can be just as bad .... but I'm ok!
