Didn't wanna post again but I can never talk to my family about it so here I am. Got triggered again. I shouldn't have went to Daily Mail on snapchat. Trigger number one is the brain aneurysem. Dr. Dre literally just had one And he probably only survived because he had symptoms and he's a celebrity. Still, he got out of it alive. Gives me hope but still worries me. Then someone died, but of a UTI. A UTI. It was only a few days. But it got super infected and it took them over, I assume sepsis shock or something. I don't wanna worry about them tonight but I had to get that out.

Girl I can relate to your constant worry like no other! I wish I had some good advice but sadly I’m living in the same hell. Keep your head up and know that there are people that are dealing with the same fears as you and you are not alone
I was also told by a person that I need to worry about things when they happen and to stop living everyday in fear because that won’t change the outcome or my future. I’m really trying to dig deep and get out of this toxic cycle. There are a few ladies on tik tok that have helped out quite a bit.

Don’t check out Daily Mail today. Trigger warning. It has been anxious as hell.

Stay off social media for a few days and see if it helps your anxiety. I always feel better when I’m off FB or other social media/news outlets.

Triggered by the same 2 things. I mean if Dr Dre can have one why not me! Also, the UTI thing freaked me out and already left a urine sample at my dr.s! I'm staying off the news and also away from my fitbit for a few weeks to see if that can make me feel better!

Why not any of us? We all can’t have aneurysms. The odds are almost zero. Accepting the fact that nothing is 100% and there is always risk is a huge step in working through your anxiety.

Lately, the social media is triggering me a lot, so I decide to cut a lot of time from it and concentrate on something more valuable. I started to learn about video editing software and learning more photography.

That sounds great and photography used to help me but I'm scared to go anywhere and it's cold and cloudy so I'm stuck inside and it has kinda killed my creativity! Hoping to get back into more photography come spring time
