I few weeks ago…when my anxiety/panic attacks were at the highest, I started noticing a tremor in my hands. Not super noticeable but I could feel it and notice it especially when I’m holding my phone out or
Doing something with my hands..(like when you have a super hard workout and your muscles are shaky) So I’ve had it a few weeks now, last week my doctor upped my meds and I can tell it’s helped my anxiety (I’ve been able to talk myself down more often than not the last few days) but—my tremor is still present. So, I’m just curious if anyone else has had this happen and if so was it anxiety related? And how long did it last? I keep telling myself it’s anxiety but then in the back of my mind I’m thinking MS, ALS, Parkinson’s….
I do notice that my entire body stays super tense all the time. I have to make myself physically relax my muscles almost
All day long

Either anxiety or an otherwise normal tremor. I often notice these myself, and I have for years. It happens.

I have had the same thing for months now. Some days I don't notice that much anymore, but it feels like the muscles in my arms and hands are almost tight and I feel shaky when changing the channel on the remote of holding a fork or spoon. I don't know if its anxiety (which is probably is) or maybe like an essential tremor that I read about, which isn't dangerous just annoying. But it gets better, and it was worse a few weeks ago, so I'm thinking maybe anxiety. I can't tell anymore what is from anxiety and what might be something else! I have had so many different symptoms it's hard to tell.

I know the feeling! Usually my hands get shaky at the beginning of a panic attack, and they might stay that way for a couple of hours, days, or even weeks. Definitely anxiety related. I'm no doctor, but I think it has something to do with your muscles tensing up and getting ready for action in response to the adrenaline that anxiety causes. It's not easy, but trying to relax tension in the arms, back and shoulders helps a lot for me (breathing exercises, hot pack, etc). Hope you feel better soon!
