My number one is certainly INTERSTELLAR followed by THE MARTIAN. I’m a sucker for good sci-if anyway.

1. I Love You, Man

4. Léon: The Professional
5. Harry Potter

I love horror/thrillers, comedy, tiny bit of romance and chick flicks and some action and fantasy

I love movies so I can’t pick just five. But five that I really love in different genres are:

Horror: Sinister
Comedy: CHIPS
Drama: The Green Mile (not sure if that’s drama, we’ll say fantasy drama)
SciFi: E.T.
Action/Adventure: Bad Boys

Saving Private Ryan
The Matrix
Scarface
Inception
Pulp Fiction
I absolutely love Scarface and Pulp Fiction, I think I would put those in my top 5 too, or at least Scarface. American Gangster is an awesome movie too. I don't know if I could just pick 5 though, or even 5 from each genre I like the most. Screw it I'm breaking the rules, I'll try and list favorites from each genre I like most. I'll probably put some things in the wrong category, but meh whatever.

gangster/crime movies:
Scarface (the Al Pacino one)
Pulp Fiction
American Gangster
Donnie Brasco
Godfather (the whole trilogy I guess)

comedies:
Spaceballs
Dumb and Dumber
Groundhog Day
Back to the Future (the trilogy)
Stir Crazy

horror:
Evil Dead (the first 3 movies)
Dawn of the Dead (the original)
The Shining
Maximum Overdrive (yeah it's cheesy, but I don't care)
Creepshow (1 and 2)

action:
Terminator 2
Legend of Drunken Master
Way of the Dragon
Face/Off
Robocop (1987 movie)

That was hard, and probably not my actual top movies per genre but just some that come to mind that I really love.

We seem to have a similar taste in movies. I like most of what you chose. One great crime movie that just came to my mind is Heat. Have you ever seen that?

Yes I have, though it's been quite a while since I've seen it. Al Pacino is one of my favorite actors, and I just love the movies of his I've seen especially the gangster and crime movies. De Niro is pretty cool too. I love him in Casino and Goodfellas, and while it may not be one of his bigger movies he's pretty creepy in the movie The Fan with Wesley Snipes.
  1. Grandmas Boy
  2. Harold and Kumar go to White Castle
  3. Clerks 2
  4. Happy Gilmore
  5. Steel Magnolias
Have you ever seen Super Troopers? If not, going by the comedies you listed I have a feeling it would be something you would enjoy.

1. Miami Vice
2. Wind River
3. Bullitt
4. All the Minions movies
5. Heat
Oh my, does that actually say Bullitt? I've seen the entire movie maybe once, the car chase like a billion times, and my dad used to have the Bullitt edition Mustang that came out in 2001. And yeah I need to see the Super Troopers sequel meow since I haven't seen it yet. It's out on blu-ray meow isn't it? I should get that. By the way, without spoiling anything, do they do the "meow" thing in the sequel too? I don't know why, but I just loved that part in the first one.

Awesome movie, and easily one of the best gangster movies in my opinion.
