Tingling and slight numbness is freaking me out

I'm a 30 year old mother of 2. My son is 11 years old and my daughter is 3 months old.
During my pregnancy with my son I started having issues with anxiety. I felt like I couldn't breathe and was terrified to go to sleep. Near the end of my pregnancy, I was convinced that I was going to die while giving birth. After a few months those feelings went away and I felt like my old self again.
My pregnancy when my daughter was pretty stressful. I had a miscarriage in February 2018 and another in May 2018. Finally in October I was pregnant with my daughter and everything was going ok. Around 37 weeks I started having issues with my blood pressure and that is where this nightmare began.
After giving birth I obsessed about my high blood pressure. I felt like I was going crazy, I couldn't eat, I couldn't sleep, I started questioning everything that was going on around me (I would have to ask my husband if it was raining just to make sure it really was raining because I was afraid I was imagining it). My face on the right side and hands would tingle and go slightly numb. I went to my doctor and she didn't even examine me but told me it was Bell's palsy. I knew I didn't because my mother had it and I didn't have any other symptoms. A few days later my hands started feeling slightly numb and tingly as well. I went to the ER and after running multiple tests they told me it was anxiety and I most definitely did not have Bell's palsy.
After my ER visit things seem to calm down for a few days until I started developing new physical symptoms. I felt like my arms and legs were burning. I couldn't sleep and I couldn't eat. I lost 12 lb in a week. I've been to see my doctor a few more times about my anxiety and she keeps saying, " you've just had a baby, it's your hormones" and she put me on medication which I stopped after a few weeks because it made me feel like a zombie. I couldn't feel anything emotionally. Since being off the medication, mentally I do feel better. I'm no longer questioning whether things are real or not and I am able to go out and enjoy myself and spend time with friends and family. But even while I'm doing that I'm constantly in my head worrying about every little ache and pain I feel. And that makes the numbness and tingling come back and stick around for awhile.
Has anyone had slight numbness and tingling in their face and hands? How long does it usually last for you? Minutes? Hours? Days?
I'm thinking about all of the possible causes thanks to good ol' Google and its freaking me out big time.

I’ve had the numbness last for days. I hate it. Sometimes I wish I could just go ahead and have the panic attack and get it over with.
