I have been taking Nutrisuppz Anxiety Formula (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B06WWFMCL4?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2_dt_b_product_details) for about 2 months now and it has made a difference in providing a more positive mood. I provide the link to this only as a reference and not to promote the product. I would like to ask others here if you have found something similar or maybe even better. I still sometimes find myself with short-tempered moments and am not sure if there are any products that could prevent those. I strongly believe that it is hereditary as my mother and her mother would react to moments by lashing out verbally. My doctor had me taking Cymbalta for several years but it never did the trick. I stopped taking it about 4 months ago with no withdraw issues and no noticeable change in my moods so I think it was a lot of wasted money. I would really like to improve my mood and anxiety through natural supplements rather than contributing to the "big pharma" companies. Any suggestions would be welcomed here.

More a case of be careful what you buy. As a lot of them do nothing at all. If they did everybody would be using them. Now I have heard of people trying a balanced diet. Suppose that means the right kinds of food with some exercise thrown into the mix. So you would be changing your lifestyle. That I would believe could work out for some people. Let's face it, most people eat junk food and never exercise. They might sit on a computer for most of the day. Just to even get out of the house and do something. A change from from what they usually do. Fact that they even done something should make them feel better about themselves. Throw in the right kinds of food with that and things might change for you. Not saying you have to starve yourself. Odd piece of junk food is fine too. But not junk food every day. Just my own ten cents on it. Might work for you. Might not.

I check out what they say on wedmd to see if there is any evidence whether something works. I've heard positive things about lemon balm. passion flower and chamomile. But with supplements you never know if they actually put what they say in the stuff. A few years ago they found out GNC ginkgo didn't have any ginkgo in it. I used to take that stuff too.

I wanted to mention that lately I have been taking a supplement that has ashwagandha and magnesium that has really helped calm my body down. It can make you drowsy so I would just watch out for that. But often times my body can feel very restless when I am anxious.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts everyone. I have increased my exercise and need to continue with that. My diet is pretty healthy for the most part. We seldom do fast food. I will ask my doctor for his thoughts as well. I just don't want to go back on a prescription that doesn't do the trick and only costs money. Maybe I am a little too self-critical as I am a normally functioning person. I just wish that I had more patience.

I don't really believe much of these work.
The best thing for Anxiety personally for me is praying, low carb diet and smoking weed.
