I wish I could respond to things differently my brain always goes to the extreme. When I hear bad news or see someone that I don't care for my heart races then I start thinking that my blood pressure is going up then I start fearing heart attack or stroke. I just wish I had a better response to stressful situations. I hate to let people down so a lot of time time I get taken advantage of etc.... I really wish I could get passed this fear of my heart racing it never bothered me like this before. I had a anxiety attack in 2016 they checked my pulse and blood pressure both were high because of the extreme fear of course but since that moment I've allowed it to rule my thoughts.

CBT aims to change the way we think about and react to stimuli. If you can get to a therapist for CBT, that's great, I recommend it. If not, you can definitely do plenty of research on Google and YouTube for free. It's actually not that difficult to learn on your own, IMO.

Thanks, I'll look into it.
