I've been feeling anxious for months now. Sometimes I get a low feeling or empty mood too. I've tried everything to try and help myself feel better. I stay active and rest when I can. I do have times where I have some improvements and then I struggle again. My sleep issues are stressing me out with vivid dreams and hearing things. For example I had a dream recently that I was fishing and it seemed so real. It only happens when I'm about to sleep or waking up. I've been assessed and had medical tests. I keep being told it's stress. I just wish I could feel better again.

Sorry you're going through that. I know how unbelievably hard it is. Days can feel like years. Do you have a good support system ? Whenever my anxiety gets really bad I take a cold shower and kind of shock my body.. it actually does help. You feel refreshed when you get out. At least it can be a temporary distraction. Hope youre feeling better.

Hi, I have good and bad days with anxiety. I was able too see family over the weekend and that was nice. Yesterday I felt better than I was. Unfortunately today I feel anxious again. It just gets frustrating when you feel somewhat better and then not so great again. I honestly can't think of any triggers of what's causing this.

im really sorry that you are going through that. I have been battling anxiety for over a year now so I understand how tough it is. sometimes I wanted to give up. try to focus on the improvements that you made rather than the negative. what I have in my room is I stick a paper on my wall and write down all the achievements I have done also stuck up quotes that keep me going. Always remember that everyone has good days and bad days some may be worser than others but we are all in this together so don't be tooo hard on yourself when you have a bad one. I struggled with this for a quite along time. I would feel numb. you are doing your absolute best, stay strong never give up.

I tried to manage my anxiety through diet, exercise, meditation etc but none of that worked. My doctor said that it's very possible that I just have a jacked up nervous system. A prescription helped a lot, but I can still feel it so often.
