I've been feeling anxious for months now. Sometimes I get a low feeling or empty mood too. I've tried everything to try and help myself feel better. I stay active and rest when I can. I do have times where I have some improvements and then I struggle again. My sleep issues are stressing me out with vivid dreams and hearing things. For example I had a dream recently that I was fishing and it seemed so real. It only happens when I'm about to sleep or waking up. I've been assessed and had medical tests. I keep being told it's stress. I just wish I could feel better again.
