Does anyone ever wake up and certain parts of the body are sore? For me it can be my back when I turn it a certain way, or its my calves. Right now its my calves. I only have felt this today after I took a cat nap. Anybody else ever feel this? It always just worries me and talking to my family about it is absolutely no help. That or just sometimes even my arms be sore.

I do a lot of the time. Is all normal. Calves can cramp up at times. Back can hurt depending on what I was doing the day before. Obly hurts once I sleep and the muscles begin to relax. Nothing to worry about at all.

So update. Legs still hurt. My calves honestly, been limping all day. But another symptom I've noticed within the past hour or two. You know when your bones feel like they squeak together? It feels like a cramp or a knot in my backside. Its like right between the butt and the lower back. It feels so weird and when it hits that one spot it feels like my knees will buckle. That worries me only because I asked both my mom and grandma and they both said I should "get checked out" or "that's weird never experienced that." I just am worrying so much right now.

Like Cuch said this probably has something to so with a activity that you did. Try to think back to things that you did to see what may have caused it. It could have been something as simple as walking up some stairs, standing for a long period of time to bending over and picking something up you may have even slept wrong.

I did sleep odd. And maybe two days ago some physical labor but it's not like I was like doing really heavy lifting. I only lifted something heavy once and I tried to use my legs. Maybe that could be it?

There are various muscles we are used to using. Others we don't use enough. When we do use them, it can cause a bit of pain. It will clear up. Nothing to worry about at all.
