I had covid in March. My niece passed away from covid complications that allowed her to get blastomycosis that spread before it could be treated. I got diagnosed with pneumonia last Thursday. Now I am terrified it is fungal and they aren't treating right and I'm going to die. Honestly, I only had nasal congestion and sore throat when doctor decided to do a chest xray just to be safe. I cough maybe once a day. There is no reason for me to be worried, but good old anxiety has me unable to sleep please give me some encouraging words

I am very sorry that you are going through this. I honestly think the antibiotics will kick the pneumonia butt and you will be over this soon! I wish I had more encouraging words! Have you ever tried using a mantra? Something encouraging like I am Blessed I am Loved I will beat this? Maybe along with some breathing exercises? Repeating over and over until it's just always in your head and easy to grab onto when you start feeling uneasy. Distraction helps me a lot but has to be a good distraction or it just won't work. You are in my prayers and I am sending a hug across the miles! I truly believe you are going to get through this!!
