Have diarrhea, getting very fatigue. Just played basketball and felt really tired. And jumped in the ocean and was gasping for air. When lying down I feel like my back is so tight, like I have a stomach tumor affecting my back. Im scared I’m gonna fall over or collapse.
Please help me I’m on vacation trying to have a just a good time… so worried about cancer/dying.

Sounds way more like a stomach bug. Not like cancer. Cancer of this kind tends to be VERY obvious. Drink plenty of water and try to rest. It will likely pass.

This feels different than a bug. Like it’s affecting my chest, sternum, etc. no blood in my stool but very thin poop.

Well when you’re sick, your body tenses up. It can cause all kinds of random stuff. Once again, doesn’t sound Like cancer.

I have thin poop from pelvic floor dysfunction. What is likely happening is that your health anxiety, and not colon cancer, is ruining your vacation. You need to start asking about what you can do about your health anxiety and try to pivot your attention from your self-diagnosed colon cancer back to what is actually causing you a problem here.

You should see a doctor, that way you have a professional opinion.
