Returning to Anxiety Community

Hi everyone,
It's been almost two years since I've posted on here and it's interesting looking back on my old posts and seeing how my anxiety has changed. I used to be so obsessive over my health, but I don't really have that issue anymore. I finally got a therapist and they're very good at giving me a new perspective on things which helps me get out of my own head. My anxiety still affects me in a lot of ways and I honestly think a lot of my "personality traits" are really just anxiety symptoms so I still have work to do. I definitely don't feel as hopeless and afraid as I used to though. I hope you're all doing well.

Hi! Welcome back ☺Sounds like you’ve been doing some really awesome work in the right direction. Growth is like a weird spiral and as we work through things we inevitably find more blind spots and spaces to grow. Keep it up!!
