Possibly Depression

I've been dealing with anxiety daily for awhile now. Some days I feel ok and at other times it's a struggle. Occasionally I'll get a low feeling mood and just not feeling myself. I keep busy and it does help. I just get frustrated when I feel bad again. I'm not sure if it's depression or not. I had a mental health assessment and was referred to other places. I asked about depression and they weren't sure. In my experiences it seems hard to find the help you might need. I've tried online tests and the results vary quite a bit.

Yeah it is hard to get the help you need mate but please talk to people about whats going on and let them know your not ok its ok for them to know that.

Outdoorsman 37, what things do you do to keep busy since you mentioned that keeping busy often helps you?

I spend time in nature, go fishing, walk my dog, work on small projects around home, etc.

I think it is minor depression. If not treated it will lead to a more horrible issue. You need to address the mindset and deal with the triggers of the depressive moods. Before you become depressed there is something that happens and something you think about and ponder on. Whatever that is needs to be addressed.
