I've been dealing with anxiety daily for awhile now. Some days I feel ok and at other times it's a struggle. Occasionally I'll get a low feeling mood and just not feeling myself. I keep busy and it does help. I just get frustrated when I feel bad again. I'm not sure if it's depression or not. I had a mental health assessment and was referred to other places. I asked about depression and they weren't sure. In my experiences it seems hard to find the help you might need. I've tried online tests and the results vary quite a bit.
