I am 18 years old and always had health anxiety. Recently I had started having terrible headaches in the front of my head. Then I started having pressure behind one eye and my ear. I now have pressure in the back of my head. Along with pressure across my cheeks. I am so scared I have a brain tumor and am worrying myself to death.

This has happened to me a bunch of times. I believe you have what is called a tension headache due to stress and anxiety. It will pass. Mine sometimes lasted a few days. Don’t google!!

When I was around your age I had a consistent stress headache for literally 3 months straight. It would occur everyday almost all day. It was 100% due to my anxiety and didn’t stop until I actually started trying to enjoy life. Occupy your mind and hopefully the headaches will subside.

I second the guess about tension headaches. You have facial or postural muscles in all the locations you're describing (some are extremely strong, like the chewing muscles that attach under your cheekbones, and the top of the trapezius muscle on the back of your neck that keeps your head from falling forward). Not only is the tension painful, like any muscle put under stress they will be sore from the exertion!
