I felt like my right ear was clogged so I pinched my nose and blew. Now I have this AWFUL headache. I’m afraid I ruptured an aneurysm or something. I know that sounds crazy. Even my eyes feel sore. I’m freaking out and about to have a panic attack. I’ve tried taking ibuprofen but it hasn’t helped. Anyone online? Please help talk me down.

I have Benadryl and Claritin. Which one do you think would work best? I have been feeling weird pressure in my ears lately. I was supposed to see my doctor about it but had to cancel due to work. But I have such a fear of brain aneurysm that my mind immediately goes to that and I start freaking out. ): thanks for the quick response.

I understand completely about right away going to the worst case scenario...believe me I have dealt with an anxiety disorder for 30 years... my daughter is a PA and she tells me I should take Claritin because it is good for a 24 hour period. I use a lot of benedryl tho because I have terrible allergies. My Eustachian tubes were blocked last November and December for nearly 2 months ...I freaked out and thought something awful was wrong (of course) they cleared up and I took Claritin

Also get your ears checked for ear wax. It can build up and cause that clogged feeling; it's really uncomfortable.
