I had Solipsism thoughts about being only one who exists/life controlled trueman show stuff or worries coronavirus is a hoax and I’ve had people trying to diagnose psychosis. How can I be psychosis when I’ve been on bipolar meds for 4 years which are antipsychotic medication? I work go shopping live a normal life so low is it psychosis? I quit another forum recently due to people trolling me I may have to limit all forum use due to the advice I am getting?

The forum is a depersonalisation forum and it’s not the first time they have tried to misdiagnose psychosis?

Also ive had these thoughts for quite some time if I was psychosis surely I would be totally unaware of this?

Forums are not meant for people to tell you what is wrong with you. That is wrong of them. We share what we are going through. If you ask any questions, if somebody can answer your question, they will. Others will avoid certain topics because they know nothing about what is been asked. That is how a forum should work. We are not doctors. We are not experts. We have no right to tell you that you suffer from anything. I go on what you tell me. You are certain you don't suffer from psychosis. That is good enough for me. Just like I know I don't suffer from psychosis either. We know our own bodies and minds. We all think lots of things. About various issues. That is normal to me. It is called having an opinion on a subject. That is not psychosis.

Yeah I mean I had these passing thoughts for upto 4 years how can I be permanently psychosis yet going on holiday working shopping normal tasks. I had a breakdown in 2016 perhaps it was psychosis then but I was unaware of how ill I was. I am on medication to prevent any psychosis so I don’t get why people say psychosis. Sure some of my thought patterns may be similar to psychosis but I am not hearing voices or suffering delusions. My breakdown made me suffer from existential thoughts but some people don’t understand this. Sadly when people start diagnosing it’s actually propelled my anxiety to make me very worried now.

I guess all mental health medications generally helps all mental health issues in a general sense. Although only specific medication works stronger on specific mental issues. For example Olanzapine helps with hearing voices and not anxiety although olanzapine may lower some of anxiety's symptoms.
