Pain between shoulder blades

Ok so I realize it’s most likely muscle strain but my anxious mind won’t allow that. Went right to heart attack. Been doing with it for roughly an hour now. If I don’t move it doesn’t hurt at all. If I turn my head to the left it pulls and hurts like a ****. If I turn to the right it’s very minimal pain. I’m soaking in a bath right now with my phone in my hand googling symptoms. Ugh. Before I got in the bath i jogged on the treadmill for 5-10 mins just to see what would happen and I was fine. Alittle panic jittery but no catastrophic event took place. Like I said. I know there’s a 99% chance it’s just a tight muscle but when it’s pulling in the left side of my upper back and chest I can only think one thing.

This is a very common thing to get. I get it a lot. From doing what I have no idea at all. Normally goes in a day or less. Have seen some videos of people more or less massaging their own backs using a tennis ball. Right on the spot were it hurts. It does work at times. I would not worry about such a pain. More because I am fullt aware it is something I have had many times.
