Hang in there. This too shall pass. Just remember that. Things will get better Sounds like you could be bipolar. You should find a psychiatrist and see if medication Is the best route. If not, talking to someone really makes a big difference. It always helps getting **** off your chest. Emotions/anxiety is a lot to carry by yourself. Wish you well
