A couple of years into my GAD therapy, my psychologist also diagnosed me with OCD. Mine is almost all obsessive.

Anybody else with OCD?

OCD can be a good thing in degree depending on what the OCD. An example is OCD in cleaning, if controlled and made mild, it can be a good thing. OCD is driving is the same. OCD at work, or protecting yourself socially. These are good things. Although i think it should be controlled and made mild through therapy.

I'm a little bit of an Obsessive Compulsive Checker. I check things a bit too much. Like when I go somewhere with my car, I'll check to see if I locked the doors to my car a little bit more than I should.

However, I just have a mild case of it. It's just a minor problem for me.

I dont have OCD myself but what I have found on the internet: Learn relaxation and stress management. Try stress management techniques such as meditation, muscle relaxation, deep breathing, yoga or tai chi. Stick with your regular activities. Go to work or school as you usually would. Spend time with family and friends.
Sorry im not much help but wishing you the best Xo

Oh boy, yes I do, anxiety as well. It can be frustrating and draining. I feel if I don't do the things that something quite bad will happen. Intellectually I know that isn't the case; nevertheless, on and on it goes.
