So I have noticed that my body never gets affected by stuff I feel like it should be. For example if I haven't slep at all I still don't feel tired, nor perform worse in school, training etc. Same with food, if I don't eat anything I still don't feel a difference at all. I don't feel tired and I can perform at my best during my training.
I also noticed this with supplements, they have no affect on me. I tried drinks like coffee, energy drinks and even caffeine pills. I feel no different after consuming these things, they don't even affect my sleep.
I also tried smoking weed, which didn't have and affect either really, I felt light headed first but it disappeared after a few seconds and after that it was just like normal again.
I also take creatine which is a supplement that helps your muscle pick up water more easily and it makes your muscles more full because they store more water, but even this I am not sure it makes a difference.
I even tried ADHD medicine (stimulants) (I have ADHD), and also even morphine, I simple don't get affected by this kind of stuff, except one thing I found... alcohol.
I tried alcohol for the first time when I was 19 and I get drunk extremely easily and still do. What makes alcohol so special that it is the only thing I get affected by?
Do these things just not have an affect on my body or am I just really bad at noticing the affects?
