Hi Hamnida, and welcome. This is a good place to find out about those kinds of things. Some of us are new to dealing with anxiety and depression, some have been living with it for years. I'm glad you found us. Panic attacks are very upsetting, but they're not outside the realm of normal behavior and are a reasonable reaction to the stress we have all suddenly found ourselves under. You may never have another one; you may have one tomorrow, but in no case are you in real danger from them. You're not losing your mind, you're not going to have a heart attack, and it doesn't mean you're weak or immature.
