I just went to the Doctors last week, because I've been having these problems for over 8 months now, and I cant do it alone anymore!! I dont want to get out of bed in the money or go anyehere! My stomach is upset and I'm nauseated all day long everyday!! I just start sweating really bad all of a sudden!! I try to relax and calm down, but it just doesn't work. Has anyone else had this happen to them and what did you do about it? Any suggestions!! Thanks!!

Sounds like you need help badly. They are all common symptoms of anxiety / depression. But that will mean getting out of bed and getting to a doctor. That will be the hard part. He might give you something for how you are feeling. I know it can be hard. Just to try and push ourselves to do even the smallest of things. Bit like climbing a mountain. But it can be done. The sooner you get help the more quickly things will begin to ease up a bit for you.

I finally went to the Doctors, she put me on sertraline and gave me some diazepam!! She says it can take 3 to 4 weeks before it can take effect!! I just dont know how I'm going to get thru it!! I'm trying to have positive thoughts, but it's so hard !!

Hi NmbrLcky13. It's great that you proactively took the step of getting on medication. That in itself should make you feel a bit better. The valium should help you immediately when you feel extreme anxiety so you should feel more confident in making it through those horrible times. Hang in there, the 3-4 weeks hopefully will go by faster than you expect.
