Hey guys.
I hope your all doing ok!!
ive been finding since my stressful situation has subsided slightly I have random moments of worrying thoughts I.e what if my scan results were wrong, what’s that feeling inside, worrying over random ****. It’s like if I’m not anxious subconsciously I am still worrying over things. I 100% no that stress is a major anxiety trigger as all my physical symptoms have started to ease up or they change daily I’m now dealing with trapped wind which then makes me think it’s my heart ❤ I no deep down logically that it isn’t. Trying to redirect my thoughts as the negative ones come. I’ve had cbt which helped me learn to write down my symptoms, not google all the time (that made my anxiety very bad) any advise?

Not exactly for negative thoughts, but for anxiety (which he also suffers from) a friend just told me about this technique: 4-7-8.
Breathe in for 4 counts, hold for 7 counts, and exhale for 8 counts.
Tried it one time: felt good. Will have to experiment further. Will report back.

Have you tried mindfulness meditation? I find it helps calm my racing mind, as long as my anxiety isn't up to 11 - then meditation is impossible!

I had the same intrusive thoughts that would not go away. I know it drives you nuts. If you can find a good med for OCD and Anxiety it will help! It's more of an OCD intrusive thought issue.
