I got an at home test. But the good news is I tested negative.
I've been feeling bad the past few days though. So wth is it? I'm thinking.. maybe allergies mixed with sertraline withdrawal? But some symptoms I've felt I feel like could it really not be any kind of sickness? Guess I'll just list them.
- fatigue
- muscle weakness
- dizziness
- runny and stuffy nose
- yellow mucus first thing in the morning and clear mucus the rest of the day.
- as I breathe it feels weird, like my chest is hollow
- I feel like my breath is short but I don't even know.

I got my medicine because for some reason the pharmacy took too long to get it to me. But. I mean could how I feel really be other things? It just feels worse because it's all together? Because I feel like about 10 tons of cat sh*t.

First off, it sounds like you have a simple common cold. Please remember that not all viruses are Covid, the common cold still exists. You’ve been complaining of breathing issues and it could be the result of the virus. Combined it sounds like anxiety with a common cold. Plenty of rest, fluids. As to the medicine, it depends on how many days you have not taken it. A few days without taking Zoloft isn’t likely to cause problems as the half life of the medicine is quite long. In comparison, I take Pristiq, which has a very short half life. So if I miss my dose, I know it the next morning when I get up. This is something I’m positive about, no guessing, but learned thru research. Hope this helps you feel better about what is going on.

Could be the flu, that's still going around. Not fun but rarely dangerous. Stay hydrated and get lots of rest.

I think we're so focused on covid now that we've forgotten that we used to get hit with common colds and viruses all the time. Look after yourself, be kind to yourself, and seek medical attention if you need it.
