Hello everyone, sorry to be a bother but my anxious mind decided to plague me with yet another source of anxiety: last night I got very much drunk with my roommate (im not used to drinking and I even puked because of how drunk I was) and today I feel terrible, nausea, dizziness and an overall sense of malaise, I am now getting incredibly anxious and worried about this whole situation because as of today (which is the next evening) I still feel kinda nauseous and weak, anyone has any experience with this? I really need help with this one as silly as it sounds

Try to get hydrated, take a vitamin b 12 if you have it and just ride the wave. I know how much that sucks! If you can lay down and take a nap that'll help you calm down and it'll make you feel much better.

Thank you for the advice, I will stay hydrated and I actually took a B12 supplement, I hope this will pass soon because this whole thing is making me very anxious

I went through the same thing last Saturday. Like you, I don't drink often / much. Last Friday night I guess I had more than I usually do. Saturday morning I woke up and still felt intoxicated, then as the day went on I felt what you've described. I still felt a bit cruddy on Sunday, but I've been 100% back to normal since Monday.
