note: very controversial topic ahead.

My mom is a chronic complainer yet when I call her out, she tells me to stop whining. We haven’t talked to each other for a while, and the same problem kept happening. She kept promising me that she won’t complain ever again, yet there she goes again.

She complains over my floors being dirty claiming she helped me clean them yesterday, yet is unable to see my falling hair on the floor because she is blinder than a bat. I kept telling her it’s not clean, but she kept screaming at me it was and I got it all dirty again. I told her “why is it every time you whine about something it’s somehow always my fault?!”. She told me to shut up and stop whining. She then complained about my hair being messy and my breath stinking. I replied “you’re not a bed full of roses either, I can smell you”. She replied “no you can’t, I can smell you cause I shoved up to your face, you don’t because you’re not face direct with my tushy”. In a nutshell, she complains constantly, I tell her to stop whining, only for her to tell ME to stop whining.

She easily stresses me out with her difficult behavior to the point where I start crying. Then she goes “why are you crying for?! Are you on your period again?! You know women’s hormones go wild and get all emotional when they’re on their periods.”. I told her to her face “no, YOU are the source of my stress, you always complain over everything not going your way, but when I call you out, you accuse me of whining!”. We didn’t argue anymore after that.

I was shocked how she of all people accused me of being on my period, which is absolutely offensive as she must be stupid enough to believe it was the time of the month everyday. Ok, I’m done for now, needed to get this off my chest.
