I work somewhere where I’m on my feet all day, not just standing but walking around almost constantly and I’ve noticed that on some days at the end of my shift one or both of my legs will ache. The best way I can describe it is to compare it to what growing pains feel like, but I’m in my twenties and am far past growing. I know a typical twenty year old should be worried about blood clots but I’m on birth control which heightens my risk and also heightens my fears. Before I did more research I would just chalk it up to my legs just being tired from being on them all day but after harmlessly just trying to find some remedies I found an article about blood clots and symptoms and the rest is history. So far that is my only symptom but it has me freaking out.

Blood clots in legs can be so extreme to the point that your legs go completely numb and swell up because of lack of blood. What you described simply sounds like your legs are tired from either moving or standing for a long period of time. You are ok, id recommend you take a rest at some time so your legs arent being overused
