So I've always had anxiety, usually health. Ibs, heart palpitations ect.. I had a full out panic attack at the beach. When it happened, the environment looked not clear and blurry. I now obsess over the outside looking "not real". It totally creeps me out at just the thought and I get anxious that I'm totally whacked in the head. I could rationalize the health stuff after a while but this is just wierd.
