I’ve had off and on anxiety since August 2018, right before my middle child was born. Since then, this forum and others have helped me keep my head in reality and accept anxiety for what it is. I’ve had memory fears lately and just spent some time reading other people’s posts from the last year. I feel much better again realizing that sometimes we just forget things or say the wrong thing because we’re human. Thanks for all the great advice you guys continue to dish out.
