How I Stood Up To A Rude Person Without Even Saying Anything To Her

As we all know, some people are friendlier than others. Some people are often downright rude.

When I deal with a rude person, I often stand up to them and not let them get away with being nasty to me. If someone is rude to me, I typically give it back to them verbally.

However, years ago when I was in high school, one of the cafeteria workers there was sometimes rude to me. I let her get away with it for a while by not giving it back to her.

But finally one day, when she gave me an attitude once again, I had enough.

Yet instead of saying something to her, I didn't. Instead, after she got mad at me that day, I merely gave her a ticked off look.

After then, she was always friendly as pie with me! She never gave me an attitude after that.

So if someone is being rude to you, you may not even necessarily have to give it back to them with words. Sometimes just giving the rude person a nasty look is all you need to do.

I wish I can be calm in those situations.
I'll be at Wal-Mart and some jerk cuts right in front of me and I'm heated.
